LMFD Report Request

To request a copy of an incident report, the Lathrop Manteca Fire District prefers that requests be submitted in writing. To help us locate the appropriate record, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

• Date, time, and address of the incident
• Incident number, if known
• Your relationship to the incident, if applicable
• Your name and contact information
• Preferred method of delivery (mail, fax, e-mail or in-person pickup)

Requests may be submitted by mail, fax, e-mail or in person. Upon receipt, the District will identify responsive records and process the request in accordance with the California Public Records Act (CPRA), including any applicable exemptions or restrictions on disclosure.

Copies are $0.25 per page. If fees apply, the District will provide an invoice prior to releasing the requested copies.
