Human Resources

Human resources is an essential component of providing services to our communities. Our human resources professionals are tasked as the fire districts conduit between personnel and the other business aspects of the fire district. Policies are reviewed, benefits are contractually maintained, employee record keeping, employee classifications, job description maintenance, employee compensation and payroll, worker's compensation injury reports, annual employee reviews, and recruitment are all essential tasks assigned to our team.
