Mission, Vision, and Values

Its important to have a clear understanding of who we are! The Lathrop Manteca Fire Protection District (LMFD) recently completed a thorough review of our mission statement. While going through this process a new vision statement was created and the agencies core values were identified. These statements were done as an entire organization by our employees using an outside facilitator. Outside facilitators serve as "Subject Matter Experts" that can assist, highlight concerns, and coordinate actions to move a considerable effort towards completion.  Our Mission, Vision, and Values were last updated in 2021.
